Paul C. Seitz spent more than twenty years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, ultimately as a partner in the firm’s audit division and subsequently as partner-in-charge of the firm’s Wilmington office. During his career, he has served as an expert witness in numerous business matters including net lost profit and damage determinations, business valuations and accounting and auditing issues. His clients have ranged from publicly held multinational companies to closely-held firms. He also has been appointed by the Delaware Chancery Court to serve as the forensic accountant for business disputes.
After retiring from PricewaterhouseCoopers and before joining Walker Nell, Paul was a consultant to a wide range of businesses, providing strategic financial planning, business valuation, troubled debt restructuring matters and litigation support and forensic analysis assistance.
Paul is a certified public accountant in Delaware and Pennsylvania, holds an accreditation in business valuation and as a certified valuation analyst and a master analyst in financial forensics. He is a past president of both the Delaware State Board of Accountancy and the Delaware State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a B.S in Accounting and Business from the University of Delaware.
